Talus is a 288-unit apartment community in Great Falls, Montana. The community is fully amenitized with a 3,600 square-foot clubhouse, pool, spa, movie lounge, exercise facility, business conference room, and outdoor BBQ area. Talus Phase I (216 units) opened in 2015, Phase II (72 units) opened in 2017, and both phases have continuously reported 95% or greater occupancy.
