The Nordic at Monterra is a 54-unit luxury condominium community located adjacent to the Monterra at Whitefish. The modern mountain condominiums with a sleek design will contain a resort-style pool and spa located along a man-made stream. In addition to grilling stations and an outdoor fireplace, the Nordic’s clubhouse will include an all-season room, sauna, and changing rooms with showers. Currently under design, the condominiums are scheduled to come online in late 2022 or early 2023. The Nordic at the Monterra is located in Whitefish, Montana.
