Arc is a 216-unit apartment home community in Great Falls, Montana, that is currently under construction. Located adjacent to an Albertsons anchored retail center, Arc will be fully amenitized with a clubhouse, pool and spa, exercise facility, outdoor grilling stations, and a pet area. The first phase is scheduled to open in the summer of 2022.
